An early heads up for the return of the popular "Warkworth Walks Weekend” on the 13 and 14 November.

The Annual General Meeting of Tawharanui Open Sanctuary Society Inc will be the feature on the first Sunday of September, but there are still 10,000 plants in the nursery that need planting in Twin Hills at Tawharanui Regional Park and we will put a large dent in this total with your help on Sunday, the fifth September!

Volunteer to help with pest control programmes, general maintenance and other projects around the Mahurangi Regional Park every Tuesday from 9am - 12pm.

Tasks and projects will change depending on volunteer numbers, skills and weather.

learning about how wetlands can help improve water quality in the Whangateau harbour.
