CCS Disability Action Community Gardens

CCS Disability Action Community Gardens are a long established but recently redeveloped Organic Community Garden. Our roots are in Disability Support but we are now becoming a truly community location. Recent building projects on site have meant for us a new shop, more raised beds and planter boxes and new pathways for accessibility. Our shop will provide reasonably priced organic vegetables to the local community. We offer twice yearly, 9 week Master Gardener Programmes (on a Saturday morning) covering such areas of gardening as composting, organics, sustainability and permaculture to name a few. These courses fill rapidly so call Scott Theimann on 6259811 for availability of places. We also support local people in the community to build their own raised beds, for accessible home gardening.
