Learn all about the process of growing native plants at our Mt Eden Nursery. On this project we will travel to Auckland Parks to eco source and collect native seed. Back in the nursery we will learn how to germinate and propagate the seed and nurture our seedlings! These plants will ultimately be planted back in Auckland’s Parks.

Meeting Place: 8am, Conservation Volunteers Office, 3 Esplanade Road, Mt Eden. The project runs from 8am to 4pm. You will be transported to Mt Eden.
What to wear: Sturdy boots or shoes, Long pants, long-sleeved shirt, Waterproof jacket.
What else to bring: Drinking water and lunch.
Wet weather: CVNZ projects go ahead in most weather conditions but may be cancelled by the Team Leader on the day if the weather is judged to be unacceptable.
