We'll be planting natives to replace the weeds
on the lower southern slope of Mt Eden.
Join us to learn more about the mountain
and lend a hand.
Wear sturdy shoes and suitable clothing.
Please bring gloves and a small spade or trowel if you have them. If not, we'll provide gloves and tools –
plus refreshments!
We'll have a traditional "boil the billy" to celebrate the planting season and World Ranger Day at the end of July.
This event is hosted by the Friends of Maungawhau in conjunction with Forest & Bird (Central Auckland).
