This is a key event in the Cancer Society's calendar and we would like to make
sure that you know about it and have the opportunity to sign up a team and join us next February! Relay is a moving and fun overnight event to celebrate survivors, remember loved ones lost, and fight back against a disease that takes so much.
Special invitation to survivors and their carers- if you would like to join us to lead the first lap, please contact us and we will send out the info (you don’t have to be part of a team and we host you for afternoon tea following), you can also register at www.relayforlife.org.nz.
Start a team now- all welcome!

The Auckland Grey Lynn Farmers’ Market is a community-owned and operated produce market that provides fresh, locally grown goods that come from within a 200km radius of the Grey Lynn suburb.

With 30-plus stallholders, and growing, there’s plenty of choice to do your weekly shop. From vegetables and fruit, to fish and meat, salad dressing, cheese, olive oils, jams, strawberries and more, there is a story behind every product you buy.
The innovative Ooooby stall means customers can bring their own backyard produce to sell or swap with other home garden suppliers, creating a community-centric market that encourages sustainability and good food. Just bring your produce to the Ooooby stall to participate – even better, bring it pre-bagged in the quantities you want to sell and with your name and price attached.
Membership cost $30 for the year and gives you a 10% discount on your purchases, plus voting rights on how the market is run. Please see our website for more details.

Over 40 stalls selling a variety of artisan foods and products--French pastries, olive oil, cheese, honey, smoked fish, gourmet sausages, fruit, and veges. Plus local artists, jewellery, ceramics, kids clothing, gift ideas and much more!
Come for a quick visit or stay for the day and enjoy some delicious food or coffee in the garden. It's set to be a fantastic day with great stalls, live music and the opportunity to hear talks on sustainable living and gardening practices and the chance to engage with local volunteer projects.
The market is being hosted by CCS Disability Action, a not-for-profit organisation that supports people with disabilities.
